Hey folks. I completed my MBA last year and now I'm wrapping up my MS in International Business. Between the two, I was consulting for a tech start-up in Berlin. Prior to the MBA, I was a commissioned officer in the Army. I have experience leading small to medium-sized teams, developing and successfully executing complex plans while under severe pressure, as well as rapidly identifying deficiencies of an operation and succinctly articulating / implementing solutions. These experiences span my Army service and a successful civilian career in DC as a lobbyist and campaign manager, as well as in the business sector. I've studied Spanish, French, and German, and if the situation dictates, I can knock the cobwebs off to get my Slovene and Italian back up and running. If you know of an opportunity in business operations or supply chain management, I'd be happy to pass my résumé and LinkedIn profile along. Thanks for following this thread!
Oh, and I like to ride bikes. Thankfully, so does my copilot.
Hello Inmates, I own a residential property management company - Real Estate Solutions - www.resrents.com.
If you have a rental house in the greater Denver area, my team can take care of everything for you and help keep rent coming in, keep the property in great shape and of course, help you avoid legal situations.
I'm also happy to offer free advice to any inmates dealing with issues like non-paying tenants, questionable vendor/repair situations, etc. No strings attached - if I can help you, I'm happy to do so.
If you do end up hiring us to manage your rental(s), you'll be happy to know we're the best and cheapest company around, and we're owned by a fellow inmate and an Air Force Vet. We manage about 600 doors around Denver, from as far south as Castle Rock all the way to Erie; as far east as Bennett and out west to Golden.
We also have a chat feature on the website listed above - you can chat with our Team in real-time if you have a question. It's actually us you're talking to, not some remote answering service.

Looking for someone to install radon mitigation near Durango.
SWAT ain't the one. I got a quote from an old Ridgway neighbor, but he said to check around locally and no one local returns calls.
This is my sixth year of operating a handyman business in Boulder county, and only Boulder county. This is my 32nd year as a carpenter. I’m usually pretty busy but gaps in my schedule appear from time to time and I often work 7 days a week during the summer months so people aren’t waiting weeks for me.
I also work on doors: repair and installation, as well as new locks and latches.
I’ve added fitting out vans, utililzing my experience in working on boats.
Providing good customer service is extremely important to me and all of my work is guaranteed.
PM with interest.
See page two.
Thanks. Duh, should have searched first.
Old post and a long drive from Boulder...but I'll give it a try.

Hi Guys and Gals,
I'm looking for new employment opportunities in CO, UT, NM, or AZ with a preference for remote office operations. Thanks for your help!
Mitigation could be as simple as a vapor barrier if you have crawlspace. Google or PM me, I'm a geologist that works for a national consulting company.

Any of you work for Coors? What are they like?
I just got a LinkedIn alert for a Manager Investigations position and, despite not drinking their product, am interested.
I work for a defense contractor SW of Denver and our team is looking for a programmer that can assist with internal development of applications to improve our current processes. The person in this position would need to be able to run on their own, be able to ask the right questions and have the drive and determination to wade through corporate obstacles. I think someone fresh out of a SW boot camp (with a 4 year degree as well) or a recent college grad might be great for this position but experienced professionals will also be considered. I'm not a software guy but can definitely get you more details or point you in the right direction at least to obtain the information. This would be a full time permanent position.
If you know anyone who might be a good fit for this type of role please PM me.
We recently got this over night rental up and running in Moab. The unit is just South of town proper with plenty of motorcycle parking in the garage. Pool, tennis court, basketball hoops, hot tub. The unit is booked through a property management company but if you PM me with your desired dates we can adjust rates and give an ADV rider discount.
This is the link to AirBnB but its on VRBO and Evolve, all prices are the same.
