The show of warmth & hospitality is pretty amazing, although not surprising. Motorcycle travelers are a unique breed. I found out about this after Shustrik returned home (only been lurking for a little bit), but I hope I'm around to participate next time.
A thank you to SV & the guys & gals that participated in this endeavor, for doing this.
Yes, I took couple of weeks off. Still looking for a job, and do some freelance in the meantime.
Winter is long and cold - I have enough to post before spring.
Alex, good luck in your search for work. I know what it's like to not have a job. Not a good feeling.
Unbelieveable. I thought after back I will have enough power to write something - but it's not so easy even in Russian, as I see. At least right now...
By the way, guys.
Do you remember, I said US consul in Vladivostok tell ne to phone him after back? I've invited him to our home, so we had some tea, and I've showed him pictures from travel. As consul he is ending to work in Vladivostok next year, so after that he'd like to use his 2 months vacation fo travel around USA (he is from North Dakota originally). I've gave him The Bible (motorcycle adventure gidebook) for read (I have one after NZ couple left it last year).
