Bit the bullet today and made a down payment to set things in motion.
I'll pick up the first SWM 650 Enduro on March 5th if the roads are salt free then.
Starting modest with the Husky (now SWM) skid plate, the small luggage rack and proper tires (MT21 Rallycross). Since SWM put in a new injection and computer system lighter exhaust(s) will have to wait a bit.

This feels great, always nice to buy a new toy. Can't wait to ride a 100 km on tarmac to the famous Dutch forests to ride my old tracks!

Nice! I had some of the original SWMs here in the states a while back. I'm glad to see the brand is back!

Keeping the thread alive, in anticipation of my bike to come in...
In the mean time my 450 EXC has been sold for what I asked for it. Great, cause now I can face my girlfriend without feeling bad for owning 2 bikes instead of one!

Review will take a bit. First another week working, then a week holiday, then another week working and then, maybe, when the weather is OK I'll pick her up!

Please keep us posted. This is the bike I have been waiting for. Hope it comes to the U.S.A. sooner rather than later.

Well, all accessories have arrived, straight from the swm storage facilities. Skidplate, luggage rack both original husqvarna, made by Touratech... As the bike comes without hand guards I choose a couple of nice ones that where hard to fit due to the tapered handle bars. 2,5 liter fuel tank is also in, will fit nicely on the rack. Pirelli mt21 rally tires are installed. Just waiting for the husqvarna terra windscreen that will fit with a bit of tinkering. Will pick up the bike in 2 weeks provided it won't snow, which is expected the next couple of days...

Hey, nice bike. I picked mine up 4 weeks ago but also too busy to ride much. Still waiting for my 25l tank too but even the oem tank has 200k to the low level. I'm on the golden arrow tires for now. They seem ok on the gravel but I can't say I've worked them hard yet. Dry and hot on ride I've had so far. Qld Australia.
Sorry no pics I'm away at work this week.

    Matt.

Congratulations guys. Looks like a very nice adventure bike.

BlackSP, if you ever come down in the Ardennen with your Superdual, send me a PM; I'd like to have a look at it.

No Superdual here, it's the Enduro. Superdual is not available yet btw, later this year (and not what I wanted).

Matt, congrats, you beat me to it ;)
I'm gonna check out my bike on Friday, see if everything is bolted on.
Waiting for different mappings to arrive from SWM so I can start experimenting with exhaust and airflow. If needed, first check out how it runs stock.

And curious about the 650 windscreen. Hope it's in and made to fit!

One more week, next Friday or Saturday it wil be delivered to my doorstep. Can't ride yet, there's tons of salt on the roads...

But the bike's ready. Only the windscreen has to be bolted on.
