Thanks, were you able to fit guards to then and did you need to use something to Bolt the fan? (Still waiting for gpi to tell me the size of the radiators). Also did you notice better Colling?

I removed my guards after the overheating in Australia and put the deflectors back on as I am sure that the removal of the deflectors was the cause of the overheating. I used part of the old rad guards to make up a bracket for the fan and spaced it out so now the bolts don't rest on the core, and I reckon if does run cooler with these radiators.

Planning to do a quick oil change this weekend.
The manual on the RS650R states to use Motul 5100 10w-50, the manual in the Superdual states Motul 7100 5w-40.

Which viscosity people running? I'm not worried about the brand just the viscosity.

Radiator caps. Anyone know if aftermarket or other manufacturers fit? The SWM part is F000P00717, but none in stock around here. My KTM EXC one doesn't fit.

I cannot help with a P/N but I did purchase a DRC branded radiator cap from the local AMX store. Took mine down there and they matched it up. Its a common size.

Thanks @mrsdnf . I can get the DRC ones locally. Good to know it is a common size.

Picked up the DRC radiator cap today. Fits. From http://www.drcproducts.com/street/d47-31-016/index.html
Part number is d47-31-016. Thanks @mrsdnf

KTM must be the odd ball size. The pressure rating is slightly higher than the stock 1.4bar one, but I'm not bothered. Will be replacing the radiators with some Chinese ones.
