Thanks. it's a 2009 650 though. Probably 10 years newer than the newest 350, so it has a slight advantage. 350's are nice bikes, esp if they are E-start

    Oops, sorry lol.
    Crazy how similar they look.
My 350 is a 99 and beat all to hell, haha.

No lunch , running out of time . This turned into a second option as we were headed toward Cumberland Gap but we were getting wet and headed for the sun ! Looks like it's been wet up there !
Need to follow you around sometime and ride the "good" stuff...

I don't know who among you ever venture to the Southern Woods Rider event in the fall at Loretta Lynn's ranch, but it is a fantastic time. We have been going to it for the past 4 years. We drive from West Michigan. I missed this past year due to a military deployment (35 days left!!!!!). Anyway, thought I'd share what happens when your throttle cable frays at the top of the carb and you don't know it.

Yep, it's a great event. MTDR also promotes a spring ride mid April. A few of us take plated bikes as well and rip up the backroads after playing in the woods. The MX track was under water Wednesday!!

Hurricane creek dumps into the Duck River nearby, hence the backup and flooding of the campground. Serene fall day...…….

I know exactly where you are, real close to Powder Springs between Washburn and Luttrell. Probably more Ramblers and Nash's in one place that I know of anywhere close. I'm a retired locomotive engineer and use to run the line behind that building, there are a lot more there you can't see from the road.

Awesome. That whole area looks like a great place to ride. I even enjoy the truck ride down there once we get past Nashville. We've debated going to the spring ride many times. Have you been? if so, how does it compare? # of attendees, organization, banquet? Hopefully we'll be back this fall. If we do get there, we'll have to say hello if you're there too.
