A new one from Mr Big Wheel
I had a friend that raced a Big Wheel 200 in a very muddy enduro ....He almost killed himself several times...But, he finished!
I want a big wheel and some snowy trails now.
looks like fun
I have found the learning curve to be nearly vertical - but I'm having so much fun I'm seriously considering selling my trail bike - it hasn't moved in anger for about 2 months...
Had a days paid training yesterday and I can see I really need to do that fairly regularly if I'm going to keep progressing.
Pretty lucky to have a great spot to play in 5mins up the road. There's a lot to learn but it's heaps of fun and reasonably easy to bail out when it doesn't go to plan.
Fuck that, I mean really fuck that shit.
The more Isle of mann vids I watch, the less I wanna go over there and watch it.
That isn't the Isle of Man TT Races. They are run on a time trail basis, with riders staggered a min? apart. I think that video is a composite of some pre-races, including the North West 200 in Ireland.
Guy Martin is a real character. A documentary was done on him a year or so ago during TT week. He has also been on Choice TV recently doing up a canal boat with his mate.
Bruce Anstey is a Kiwi, that hasn't has much recognition here, but is a real hero on the IoM.
I'd thoughly recommend putting the IoM TT week on the bucket list. I'd love to go again. It's a special place.
