I always loved the FJ1200 and never got to buy one. They were always just out of my reach.
A nice cool fall morning enjoying a hot cuppa joe with my Vespa mug @DandyDoug got for me overlooking the lake.
I get lots of mugs too.
My favorite is the Starbucks mug from several years ago.
A couple of months ago, Ken brought one to me, but because I already have three, I thought he should save it for someone else.
These have a Lambretta on them, not a Vespa, but I like them a lot..
Woohoo! My parts are in for the Gray Ghost!
Those 2x4s will come in handy making the tip over guard.
That's a whole lot of big boxes, wonder what's in them ?????
Don't be silly - those look like 1x4s... obviously, he will be building a solid sun shade over the top of the scoot.
They're 1x2s, I'm finishing off the boat house and putting chicken wire up in the rafters. I'm tired of the damn starlings nesting in my stuff and poop galore Lol I want to knock this out and then get a coat of polyurethane on it before winter hits .
PS: I broke my toe.
Well why would you do that?
Well at least it wasn't my phone for a change!
We won't ask how'd ya do that.
...yes, we will.
Man, that hurts, doesn’t it? Hope it heals quick.
I would take a working toe over a phone anytime. For the record I inherited my wifes smart phone as my flipper was gonna cost more than her old phone on our new contract. The obvious factor being that Verizon sells that new/old smart phones connections to everybody on earth cause now it beeps incessantly all day long with crap I didn't sign up for.
Broken toe I place on a very high pedestal compared to my phone. Get well soon.
Cast or a splint? In football we just taped the broken finger to it neighbor But feet, we like to stand on them don't we.
Those furring strips make for neat paneling. I know you didn't ask but they are spruce FYI. Up in Canada they saw any tree that will make a 1x4 and up(or pulp it) then ship it to us like we don't have any trees down here.
I was splitting firewood with an axe and a log squirted off and bonked my toe. I burn 2 to 3 cords of wood every winter and cutting, stacking, etc is kind of my membership to Golds gym. lol (pardon the dog hair in this pic)
Ooouch! Nice pedi, though.
Were you wearing your safety sandals?
Eric, I did that once when I was a kid..... my older brother was chasing me thru the house and as I rounded the living room fireplace my pinky toe got caught in a gap between two bricks. It was 90* to my foot. I just jammed it straight. Eventually it healed.
