1. Hey everyone, We’re going to start a weekly email to surface interesting threads in the forums. No worries, you can easily unsubscribe if you don’t find it interesting. If you’re like me, it’s nice to have someone willing to poke around a big community like ours and find the most interesting stuff. Saves time and I hate missing something great. It worked really well when we had someone discovering the best photos for the home page rotation back in the day. And if you have something fascinating to post, maybe this email does everyone some good by getting it noticed. Let us know what you think when you get it. Your feedback will make it better as we go (thread). Thanks! Baldy & rudy1220

Most of the blokes that I've ever ridden with (even in the desert) were considered feminine if they complained about the beer not being "cold" enough... :brow:wink:

If you like white wine spritzers and light beer... that's fine with us ladyboy :smooch - we don't discriminate over here... I'm sure we can find a chilly glacier melt to plop your boutique bottles in... or we'll get Blakduck to whip over and dig a hole in the permafrost for ya'... :lol3 :thumb

    FACT TWO

    The Temperature of Freshness

To ensure ideal flavour, aroma and appearance a Carlton Draught should be served at a temperature of 1-3°C and drunk at an angle of 90°.

Seriously though... it's never been a problem (warm beer in Sweden :imaposer) and I've never been known to insult anyone by offering them one (warm beer - anywhere) - even when we're out trailside...

C'mon over and take some 4'fiddy's out in the woods sometime...

coldies by the water afterwards on me...

And the Eskimos apparently hate summer between the mozzies and the difficulty to get out and about. Inuits I guess to be correct.

I'm pretty sure they (still?) have bacon in California (or a soy based substitute in any case...? :lol3) ...

cootzie's tour d' forum of destinations is growing exponetially... first of down unda' to Oz and meet the barbaric tribe from the antipodes... and then on northwards to the frozen barrens of the IKEAnerthal plains... but yes, by all means, come to visit the wilds of Scandwegia... we will make you most welcome in the south principality of Swednavia.

Sprint Motocross Championship in hometown Helsingborg today...

Sprint MX = motocross in speedway heat/point scoring format (12 riders in four brackets). Races are sub 10 minute heats through qualification heats, quarter finals, semi finals, a last chance qualifier - to a 12 man final of 20 minutes.... lots of races on the program.

Our homeboy Oskar won his two qual round heats... put him straight in the semi-final... which he won... put him into the final at gate choice #1.

    got a shocker start... (@8th)...

but fought up to 2nd for the podium... :1drink

Sunday it was too hot and dusty to ride the local enduro track (that, plus the track was closed due to fire risk... believe it or not). :eek7 Unheard of temps in Swednavia this summer... the last two months!

So I took off in what feels like Oz weather to do a spot of solo camping... the son was in Gothenburg on hols with the gf's family.
