@RCTID I was shopping for a rower and the used ones were $500 more than a new one from the factory. Even more for a new one on amazon. F'in scalpers.

Check the wait list on a new one, see if that works for you. I was impatient and got a cheap brand. No ragrerts.

Apart from this being BS I think you've forgotten that the tank usually contained some noxious solution of 1 part gas to 10 parts rust. Hells' patented fuel stabilizer :lol3

The rust is what kept the "gas" in that tank!

It finally went away in the trunk of an Accord to a nice Japanese gentleman. Never heard from it or him again.

I finally wised up and bought a place with gravel bed yard. No more lawnmower, no more 'tiller. Hit the weeds with Roundup and go riding!

Enjoy the cancer that comes with Roundup. Don't do that.

I wasn’t shopping for one. Saw it in the main flea market and there is no ‘things you want to say in the main flea market” thread. :lol3

Saw that several days ago and totally agree on that "3 door Suburban"
All of them were 3 doors of the 67-72. :fpalm

On another note, because I owned 3 different 67-72 Chevy trucks, I'm always noticing them in movies. Just the other night I began watching The Goonies and there's a race on Sunset beach with several of the Chevy trucks and Blazers. I might have seen @Road Rash Blazer in there! :photog

There are a lot of movies and tv shows with them, including another local movie- Bandits.

Not the first time someone thought that was our Blazer :lol3 If that orange one had a white top it'd be the split'n image.

But my sis was in this opening scene running down the beach with a bunch of others.

And BTW it was Cannon Beach, not Sunset Beach :D

Man, cool bike and good deal, but if you were to mount that cool matching color recycle bin on the back, ala KLR, and ADVers would be drooling all over it!!

And look, they have a built-in replacement Tramp Stamp, since these would normally cover it :lol3

The pace at which the bike sold tells me I should have asked more for it. :D
Nonetheless, it went to a stoked newer rider; an industrial electrician out of Eugene. He and his buddy even offered to show us around a few riding areas, so there's that bonus.
