It has an old style saddle like HD and Indian had. It's way up top, black, and just behind the center of the contraption.

A water radiator and oil cooler screen on my 955i Tiger. Made from a piece of expanded steel from the Home Depot and some plastic edging stuff from Walmart.

And a side stand enlarger made from a scrap of 0.250" 6061-T6 aluminum. I tapped four 1/4-20 holes. Both items are very crude, but effective.

    Sure :)

Muffler (complete diy from PO) was empty and without db killer, so i stuffed it and diy removable db killer, added two mini shields to keep side plastic away from it.
Diy washable air filter from air filter foam, 3 layers works as original paper filter.
Aftermarket shifter made deep scratch in stator cover so I filled it with some kind of alu bond.
Shortened brake and clutch levers with rubber grips.
Tuareg tank bag without mounting whistles, so I made some.
Electrification of tank bag is in progress, waiting for SAE connectors to arrive.
Little filter is carb vent, membrane top side, I cut it in half and added peace of air filter sponge to keep dust away.
LED work light on top of main light.
Grey plastics are from 4 litre oil can, added deflectors against branches, thorns and such.

Its just small part of modifications, 2KF skid plate, 2KF rear shock, 2KF rear wheel 18'', Renthal ATV handlebar, complete electrics redone by me, wide pegs, rear LED stop light, diy rear rack alu plate (farkeled by PO, need to modify it), new tank in proces of rust removal and anti rust protection inside, diy soft rack and set of dry bags...
I need to think out front roll-bars, may be something like this:

Needed spacers to raise my tail case off the surface. Used a hole saw and a hockey puck. Then drilled the center hole larger and put sections of aluminum tube for clamping strength.

What ideas do you guys have for mounting aluminum side panniers? I haven't drilled them for mounting holes yet. So I have options.

Thanks. I am considering something like that using my hookey pucks. Hockey sucks in the SE US.
