Go you good thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!bloody hell well done
You wanna' know what I think the REALLY cool thing about that photo is...?
See the bloke (to Toby's left) in the Husqvarna/Rockstar wardrobe; helping to lift "the Mullet" up and celebrate...
THAT's the bloke who just got pipped by one measely World Championship point, for the title. Only a couple of hours before were they up to their armpits in a down to the wire challenge for the rally and title chase... and here you can see that "Quint" is JUST as happy for Toby - as anyone else on the crew - even though strictly speaking they ride for different teams.
And a year ago... when Pablo took the title - "Pie Boy" was in there amongst the first to congratulate him.
THAT's the really cool thing; what a tight knit and cohesive group the entire Mattighofen effort is... THAT's what makes them so dominant in DAKAR (17 wins straight)... it is the team logistical, preparation and teamwork - not the colour of the motorcycle that achieves it.
Well done to Toby and the team for a hard fought and well deserved World Championship title.
^^^ I think the look on Pablo’s face was the first thing I noticed in that pic... then Toby’s legs going straight from the walkner wedgie
Old mate left of pic getting elbowed in the throat, giving his old man a tug!
Yeah his mate is sayin Oi stop that
Awesome and just reward for him and his teams effort
Was talking to Toby about two weeks ago at a ride day. Still very humble.
Said to him that I think he has the wood on the guys when it comes to speed when needed. His eyes went down, smiled, and mumbled something like "well yeah maybe".
All had a little laugh.
Met him a few times now and still leaves the same impression.
I hope something comes out in his merchandising to celebrate this milestone.
I would be up for a tee-shirt, cap and stubby holder.
Dude on the right playing pocket billiards too... What's that line ? Red Bull, it gives you wanks..
And lets not forget:
FIM Veteran Trophy

Toby Price Ambassador for ride to work week
Brisbane ABC radio had an interview with him on Sunday.
I just caught the middle of it, then they had another guy on (regular motorsport commentator) explain in layman's terms how brilliant he is.
