Awesome! Congratulations! Extremely well done on all counts.
You have achieved hero status, well done!
I am probably as sad as you that this trip is over.
I will truly miss reading your reports daily.
But dude…it’s time to go home when you talking about birds making noise in the bush— is making you horny.
Please do another trip eh?
Thanks for taking us along. I looked forward to reading this report every day. And just so you know.....those weren't birds having sex in the trees, they were giant squirrels, yes giant squirrels.....they just want you to think they are birds!!
Thanks again for the life adventure sharing!!
Whenever I talk to anyone about you the story is prefaced with "my brother is the coolest person in the universe." I'm so glad you were able to share your story and sense of humor with the world. And of course prove my statement right. Seriously I'm not sure how coolest in the universe can be topped but you've hit a higher level of cool that I didn't think was possible. You have always been my hero and I couldn't be more proud of you for your bravery, sheer stubbornness and perseverance to see this through to the end. I can't wait for the videos! PS All that said...I am still ready to murder you for the fall description the other day...
Bret showed this to me when I was there and told me this guys story. Thought about it over the rest of the trip.
A job well done by both of you, loved the report and pictures now you have some great stories to tell your kids and grandkids
Well done sirs. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading your adventure.
Found this too late to follow along. Great trip and congrats. Funny I missed you guys by a day in Monticello, also on a 125. I made my longest trip yet of 350 miles to see family there. Geyser was on my route as well but the USFS still had it closed. I was proud of the long day I did... Running into you guys would have humbled me quickly! . Thanks for sharing, great read.
Beautiful. The whole thing all the way through, from the SM500 and its prequels all the way to Port Orford and beyond.
You guys have my undying respect and admiration.
Thank you so much for this awesome trip report. I so much like your humor and your bravery!
Thank you both for taking us on this journey with you!! I have enjoyed riding every mile along with you!!

Hi Ang & Johnny. Thanks so much for the info, inspiration & humor. You guys nailed it. Well done. I pick my CT125 up in 2 weeks and will be setting it up for adventure riding.
Once you become boored with life again and would like to revisit your epic ride, I would love to know if you think the following modifications are advised for the CT125. Seems like a huge list now that I have written it down.
Magnetic drain plug
Front fender risers
Dual USB charger
Front light grill
Front light rack
Seat modification (foam insert or other)
Handle bar risers
Handle bar weights for vibration
Front shock kit
New rear shocks
Additional countershaft sprockets (13, 12, 15)
Swap out air filter for one that can be cleaned
Oil temp gage (dial gage screws into oil fill plug)
Ram holder for GPS
Ram holder for iPhone
Rotopax gas can & mount (size?)
Saddle bag frame
You two are the rock stars you always should have been! In the words of Wayne and Garth... we're not worthy... I hope to see you two at the next Scooter Cannonball... I'm shopping now!
