    Just an FYI...

Pierce Rd in East Windsor has a "bridge" out (actually 2 of them) and is under construction. Unless you have a small dual sport, knobbies and a lot of skill, there's no way to get around other than bypass it; there's a huge culvert and stream blocking access on one side and a pond on the other.

Rode the TMT and "TMT Alt" last Thursday. It was the wettest/coldest day I've ever ridden in - so wet in fact that my phone's charging port melted - and we still passed another lunatic on an adventure bike.

Took a nice ride on the TMT in the Jeep this past weekend. Wife wasn’t interested in sliding around gravel and dirt on the back of the bike. Sometimes you have to compromise since it was a perfect day to have the top down....surprised that we saw no bikes and only 1 car the whole way. Of course i took the bike out this morning and did a small portion....just don’t tell her!

All the roads were in good shape (we started off Route 57 though so skipped a few miles from CT border). Only place there was any real serious mud was Hawks Road.

I did the whole thing from CT to the VT border. Beautiful day today. The whole thing was dry and pretty easy. There's a little mud on Hawks Road, but only in one rut. The other is dry.

Scoped the ride out a week prior too and came back with another buddy and my wife wanted to check it out too.
We went on Saturday and did the ride from north to south. Saw a bunch of KTM bikes going north as a group and I a different adventure bike by themselves (had two equalsize round projector headlights) and a group of Jeeps.

Went with our old worn or road tires and me with my wife. Was a bit sketch through the slippery bits two up though.
Video has my buddy sideways on his F800GS through the wet part of River Rd

    Thanks!
We did one half of it instead of looping back up to where we started. Took about 2-3 hours on the TMT. About 1:45 to get out to the Greenfield area from a the Boston area and then about 2hrs to go home. Boy it got cold on the way back. About a 6-7 hour entire ride from leaving to getting home.

Yes! That was when the parade was going by. I should have stopped to say hi, but I get caught up in travelling mode. :doh

I don't recognize the place with the picnic table. Where was that?

South to north, then to the VT boarder.
