Rain and riding kinda suck when done together but the show has to go on, glad you found indoor shelter from the rain.

Bash3r, I believe that is a 1977 TS185. I had one that year the very same color.

Thats definitely a great area. I used to go down there to float but I still get down there about once a year to enjoy the scenery.

After taking a little "detour" in the Big Creek area, Aaron was getting low on gas so we needed get to Eminence, MO to re-fuel. We had a MSR bottle for emergency gas & a siphon hose so we weren't too worried about it. Actually just as we hit Hwy 19, Aaron had to switch to reserve. But we made it, maybe with 1 mile to spare.. haha!

16 miles on reserve !! hehe had to be about out of gas , almost had to break out the msr bottle! Maybe on the next "DETOUR" :lol3

Just a short few miles southwest of Willow Springs we enter back into the Mark Twain National Forest... and by this time we were ready! We noticed greater elevation changes down here compared to up north. More rocks, clay and high peaks with low hollars.. (they call 'em). The riding was just getting better and better. As I watched us getting closer and closer, I was getting very excited for our next stop. But first we had a few more creek crossings and one that got me a bit scared.. I'll admit it.. haha! See for your self...

I thought I heard a weird sound during that creek crossing. Sounded kinda like someone trying to give themselves a hickey with a vacuum cleaner. Musta been the pucker factor suction cupping your arse to the seat!

Yes sir.. we went that way. But it sure looks like they recently graded/widened the road as you can see on my video. Still very cool, beautiful views up there!
