Wahoo, another bike to the mix. I moved you off that barbed wire fence to join the fun kids on the IN list.

Add Annsdogs (Mrs Spirit1dog) to the in list.

Hoping to ride down from Goldendale if I can figure out how to pack the camping gear on an XL500 and a F700GS. Should be interesting.

She's now on the list. You'll get that packing thing figured out I'm sure. While you are working on it how about taking pictures of the process and sharing here? Finding ways to pack bikes is always interesting.

Thanks. I enjoying seeing what people can do with a limited budget. :D $750.00 and safety item not counting in the $750.00 looks like a lot compared to the $500.00 these guys were working with. :lol3

I'll post packing pictures after I get winter maintenance done.

I'll post some build pictures of the XL soon. Need to find them again.

Part of the fun of getting a beater and making it run is being open to trying something different.

Here's something that qualities in case someone is up to the challenge.

At this time I'm not canceling this event. I trust the coronavirus will be contained before this is scheduled. If things are still "hot" 30 days before the event I will cancel it at that time so everyone has plenty of time to change their plans.

If anyone is working on their beaters please tell us what you are doing and post pictures. I want things to look forward to. :D

I'm hoping for the virus to be contained before the event. Maybe we will be able to visit more this time. I enjoyed meeting the two of you. If we have to cancel this year the campout will happen in 2021.

Let's all cross our fingers, say a prayer, send positive thoughts to the universe or whatever might help. I want the virus contained so we can go about life as normal again and do this campout but more importantly, I don't want more people getting sick or worse.

I have the old XL/XR back together and running. Started up fairly quickly after a 4 month layup. Hope this thing settles down to a manageable level soon. I work in retail in a necessary sector (think pet and livestock feed and TP) we are front line people but are forgotten by the media, my wife is health care. Pray we are spared from the virus and can ride soon.

The measures we are taking are quite extreme. The bright side my work phone and keyboard have never been cleaner. :rofl:clap

I added Teeny to the IN list with you. I'm glad she will be joining in on the fun.

How many SL100s will be coming to the campout?
