One has these fitted. Can't imagine EB would be happy with them riding past him though as he sips his short black.

Another setup with the high headers and single muffler.

where do you feel the any heat on your leg, the silver bit next to head, the black bit back from that, or the larger silver cat cover ?

does your leg actually rest on any of them ?

Only from the front heat shield. I used Heat Shield in there from the beginning and it worked okay. Middle heat shield is actually two piece, and a plastic of some type. I don't lean against any except maybe the black one. And when standing. The rear one has no heat at all.

A low pipe and bags fitted, simply works better if you want that setup for luggage.

From Monday's ride. Best so far and in Sport mode for 3/4 of the ride.

... aaaand suddenly a market niche opens up for a company to produce an OEM replacement airbox/sideplate mould - for those aftermarket Zard equipped Scramblers that now have an unsightly "void" where the original "legburner" pipe should be... :clap :rofl

It's always been a great magazine, right back through its TBM days. Small book magazine instead of big glossy mags with full page ads.
The 390 and 570 were their picks as Bikes of the Year. ;)

    There's a club?

    What club means?
An association of members joining together for some common purpose.

It appears there has to be more than 1 person to form a club! ;)

... and a team of very competent riders/journo's who CAN ride offroad / enduro bikes and do a write up that reflects what THEY feel about the motorcycle... not just merely re-hash the manufacturers PR blurb (like the majority of publications do these days).

    Good magazine...
