I didn't see the DR, Didn't the squishy goo fix the tire?

Where I passed you guys, did you get some good dirt in before getting back on the road? I made it to the property, checked the well and it was dry and came back and caught up to you.

yes we rode a really long sand wash (I’m no help with the name but there was a filled in dam from 1937?) then the tank started leaking again so we slabed it all the way back
    It was a @EsconDeasy ride

I told him the "Wall Drug" of the West...he knew of Wall Drug even though he has never been to South Dakota.

Seriously considering putting a deposit down on the Tenere 700.
Any suggestions for dealerships I can get to within a day of Tucson that are not a RideNow and have treated you well?
I'm familiar with Cochise Motorsports in Sierra Vista but that's about it.

Don’t know where to go for blue, but do it!!! When I get the 790 we can do a good ride and unbiased, non magazine, non influenced, honest comparison between the two.

When I was considering buying an S10, Cochise was the only Yamaha dealer within a 2-3 hour drive from Tucson that I felt was worth spending any money at after doing some research. I wouldn't be surprised if all the T7 that Cochise expects to get any time soon after deliveries start are all spoken for.

Good to know, the only experience I've had with them in the past is getting a tire mounted.

A riding buddy of mine is planning on spending part of his winter in Tuscon. He's looking for suggestions on where, should he need help, he should take his v twin trike.
    Suggestions?

Am planning a trip and don't know where to ask this question. So ...

Is the Sky Island Tranverse section that intersects Hwy 90 and passes west of Hereford open to motorcycle riding? This section is not shown on my Garmin BaseCamp (although I see it on Google maps).

This road/route between Charleston and Hereford. It might be only a bicycle or hiking route.

I think the Sky Island Transverse is the old railway. Some parts are open and others are locked.

i have seen advertisements all over for that place and one day me and the wife were driving by so we stopped. the attached museum was kinda cool (very unmaintained) but had a couple of interesting vehicles and other artifacts. as for "the thing" i went in expecting to be disappointed, and i was a little supersized as to how disappointing that stupid and sad that paper mache alien mummy was (the 1/4" of dust didn't help).
