Latest I've heard is that it's closed for the top 4 miles. Official open date on most of the mountain is November 2 or so, but they've been opening things in advance where possible.

Welcome to town! Reddington is open, what are you riding?

Thanks for the welcome! Ill check out Reddington. Im on an XT600. Im new to the area and the terrain. I did find some trails close to work that I've been putting around. The loose sandy soil is different and I can see where it is a lot of fun.
I've got an RMZ450 that I flat track, and a 67 BSA B44 that would be a lot of fun around here. Gotta get her running though.
    What works best off-road?

Morning folks. I'm having a difficult time finding a place to get a map of the BLM land in AZ. I know there has to be some place to find one so I can dispense camp for riding.? Also I believe that there might be areas that require a permit, so where do I get info on those areas?

    Thanks.

I use the Az state land dept website which has downloadable free maps for all lands in Az. And you can buy your state land permit on the same site

FYI, There is a vintage bike night every other Wednesday at the Barrio Brewery. All bikes welcome and if you need advice for the BSA there are Brit bike guys there usually. It's been a couple of years since I was there (moved to Virginia) so not real sure how active it is now. Several guys with older dual sport bikes as well. Starts around 6pm.

Look for Tucson Vintage Riders online.

To ye who have done the AZBDR: if you were to pick one section of it to ride, what would it be?
I'm on a xr650r. Nothing is too technical.

Anyone interested in getting in some miles tommorow?
Nothing technical, thinking couple of the mud holes between mammoth and Freeman ranch Rd might be a little iffy so
Going to start off tangerine Rd to owl head, maybe to picocho over to 96 ranch Rd to Willow springs.

Wondering if anyone knows what they're doing out at Rail X ranch?
Looks like they are installing bigger powerpoles. IMG_20200926_133126850.jpg IMG_20200926_133400980.jpg
