We didn't meet at that one when I did the DS ride. But it's the one where 96 turns off about 1 mile north of the Freedom station..
I don't have my Shinko 705 tires on so I wouldn't fair so well on this ride. Still thinking...
Going to take the WR Ray?
Ouch! Good quality lines though.
This may be of interest to people who like to look at really big machines. A steam engine is taking a tour and will be in Northfield next week. Here is a link to the trip schedule.
I saw the old steamie is going to be in St. Paul. I may ride over to see it. The 261 is pretty cool.

Thinking about it.
Haven't look at it since riding Big Bend in April and I need to work on a bike to take to the Bauhaus vintage bike night tomorrow so I'll have to see whether I can get the WR ready on Friday.
Really wanna ride a 790 duke!
This is this Sunday also if you wanna see how fast that 2 wheel contraption can go. I did it on the SV and the DL years ago.
I hear BIR has $10 entrance fee on Sunday too for racing.
Hope everyone is doing well!
Anyone have experience (and leads) renting a porta potty? Would be for a 5hr event up in Ham Lake, MN on a Saturday. Google isn't turning up much, especially companies with customer reviews. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you guys!
We are planning to attend. We will be there early before it gets to packed.
I’m kicking myself that I didn’t look at this earlier. The Big Boy crossed the swing bridge over the St Croix which is just a short pontoon ride away. It would have been awesome to watch it go by from the river.
I’m in for Pie Day!
Same here. This would have been worth me taking the time off work. I could have easily cruised up there from Prescott.
Pardon the interruption...
I'm in the market for a 2013+ BMW F800GS... I think I've look all over (Craigslist, here, MOA, facebook, etc.) - let me know if you or someone you know has one for sale locally (we can discuss a finders fee ).
Hello everyone, I've met a few of you from the Twin City to KC BBQ run a couple of years ago.
My wife and I are driving to Minneapolis this weekend (actually tomorrow) for a concert and a Twins-Royals game. This Is the first time in the area for both of us. She wants to visit the main library downtown and Lake Calhoun. A friend at work recommended breakfast at Hell's Kitchen and a grain elevator turned museum (that's all the details he had). I'm looking for any other suggestions of things to see while in the area. Mall of America doesn't sound like my idea of vacation, but maybe I'm wrong. I'd be interested in any transportation (motorcycle, railroad, aviation) possibilities. Any other things to do or places to eat we should try while in the area? We also haven't figured out lodging yet. Any suggestions? We are on a bit of a budget.
We are taking I-35 on our way. I'd like to take an alternate route home. Seems I've heard US169 is an option. Is that worth considering?
They do Cars and Coffee on the first Saturday of the month at Mystic Lake Casino, the largest monthly car show in the country. https://www.mncandc.com/
I know of a mint one in St. Louis.
2015 for $8500
Low miles, super clean.
