The AM04 is great if you're not running extreme adventure gear. Its a race battery that will start your bike great as long as no heated grips, etc.
The EarthX have a basic balance circuit, but not a true BMS which would provide the cut off. I'm searching for that. Keep all posted when I find the "ultimate" battery...
is the ETX18B the right model for my bmw x-challenge? stock battery lasted a few months, odyssey pc310 lasted a few years. looking for a lithium replacement. was searching for the antigravity and the earthX came up. any problem with heated grips and or heated gear on that size battery? any discounts or shipping deals? thanks in advance.
So have you picked up a better line of batteries, or are you out of business? Inquiring minds want to know.
I'm looking at other manufacturers, but I still have product if you look at the site. Just can't offer discounts at this time. So that would answer the other question.
I didn't look very hard, just went to the: HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT BATTERY and EarthX jumped right out at me. Thanks for the reply.
This is no longer true, I just talked to EarthX and beginning in April 2013 they started shipping a new circuit board that includes over discharge prevention and cuts off all current when the voltage drops below a specific value.. See their website.
i think this distribution channel is no more. Couldn't get to the website. Please confirm. Like to support inmates when possible!
Talked to Herrhelmet in January he recommended the Antigravity restart batteries to me I purchased 3 of them and am very happy with them and the Battery trackers so far
Just wanted to give a shout to Antigravity Batteries. I ordered a replacement for my H-D V-Rod. It came quickly, and they threw in some freebies as well. Thanks!
