I bought a 3/8th 90o elbow, placed about 1 1/2" length of rubber tube on one end and forced all the way on, this expanded the tubing outside diameter to fill the hole similar to the way the stock air valve did. This also prevents the vent line from kinking (a very bad thing). I had used a spring which worked very well, but some people may have difficulty finding one, the elbow is available at any auto supply store.

I started with a 1.5 mg jpeg and used ACDSee to resize to 60% keeping aspect ration, Adventure rider then told me the max pic size was 125 K or something close to that, so I reduced it some more till I got it around 120 K and uploaded it.
