Could not get the iPhone to focus for the life of me but here’s my ride.
Very possible. My three year old and his sticky hands have been playing with my phone all day everyday lately.
Found some double track, got a bit more practice in loose sand and deep gravel.
And saw some critters
Parts on the way... Handle grips, better wider foot pegs, additional LED brake light, Givi engine guard.
I think I've decided on soft panniers, just want more storage for drinks and food for trips like this. Eventually tires with a bit more sand/gravel manners would be nice.
Gives a whole new challenge to water crossings.
Haha yeah there were about 10 of them in this particular lake. I'm guessing it's because it's been so dry for so long that they don't have a choice. There was not much water anywhere to be found, and it's a slough, should be nothing but water.
Versys grip install.. one side blasts off easy with a 5mm and impact.
The other side.
Got it out, but going to have to apply a bit of heat to break that bolt out.
Such a goofy design.

Same spot, better pictures.
It's been a while since I posted a picture, and I just washed it...
We fixed that, didn't we.
Breaking in the new tires and found a nice little lake.
I just looked at this again and I really like it. Truly. Some photographers have to work really hard to try to get a visual effect like this.
I was trying to think of how to express how it struck me each time I've looked at it and why it appealed. It's a dream of a bike and that pic makes it look like it's in a dream.
The "what's missing" photo.
