Methinks that when viewed in that context you appear to be just as stuck in that mudhole as @cyclopathic. (For the record, I don't have a horse in this race.)

Ha Ha, they weld a seat at 37 inches, and then hang variations of engines, frames, and parts under it until it reaches the ground. (you know I'm joking, right?)

    I think I would go for a new 250 over an overweight 650. Unless there's a 400 on offer.

Wasn't Oct 12th the Kawa release for some country somewhere?

For the US, it seems to be Nov 23rd still..

Beauties, to be sure, but these are not the bikes we are looking for….

Good to note that, while the new S has handguards, it doe not have spoked wheels or a high fender.

There wee 2 bikes with spokes in the teaser, one with what looked like 19" wheels and one that looked like 21".

    Hope springs eternal....

I'm waiting for the new release to hoodwink all of us and for Kawi to release a new Z125 with go faster stripes and market it as a light weight ADV bike. "YOU WANTED A LIGHT ADV WIGHT BIKE RIGHT? MEIKWAKUNA HITO!"

Hey don't laugh, there's a guy in Ohio that's been hitting some pretty gnarly trails with an ADV-Grom. Crash bars and everything. :lol2

And, well the Versys 1000 is an inline-4, anyway. But has it always had the "S" designation?

Tongue in Cheek - I saw the awesome Kiwigrom series when they did the TAT on a pair of them last year. I know they can do a lot more than people think!
