ok you lovely people of Beechworth and Surrounding areas

Myself and my lovely wife will in your area from Oct 26th through to the end of cup weekend.
and yes Iam bringing the mighty HUSABERG with the intention having a good ol look and do a bit of dickin around the area.
I had a fully trained and experienced Sherpa Guide on call but well he had a lows speed seniors moment and I think we all know how that ended up.
However leave is booked a new vehicle has been added to the stable with bike travel in mind and excitement has been building.

We will be on our way :clap

Booked a cabin at the lake for the first couple then relocating to the Woolshed Cabins (which I believe every cabin has a firepit...just sayin)

I have several Sena bike to bike comms systems and a few UHF as well (I like to talk when Iam riding :jack )
Any maps or charts with favorite tracks will be appreciated, preferable with the owner joining in the fun.

after my successful Flinders Ranges trip a few months ago, Iam keen to "ride the world" and Beechworth and surrounding areas is next on my list.

    The Van :sweeti

Hey, happy to help. I can show you around Pilot/Eldy no problem. Can throw in a Mt Murramarangbong if you like. Don’t have a ‘Berg but it does start with Hus.

    Excellent
    Thank you

Apparently no mobile service at Woodshed cabins

But I'm working on a black art type plan so I can have Wi-Fi at the cabin
    Eg facebook n stuff

Plus I expect to have regular contact with my Sherpa guide :lol3

    Oops forgot to mention
Annette is a keen gardner these days so she would love a tour of the local gardens plus she has just taken on sketch art so looking for local sketch art groups as well

It's our first roadtrip without the kids for a very long time :clap
    Cheers

When you say cabin at the lake, you mean Lake Hume? Resort or Kookaburra point? Neither is far from me.

Call it “The Weir”, you’ll fit right in.

So he’s nowhere near the weir then.

Geez Al, that’s buggered up any chance of pursuing a career in foot modeling - spose you could use the left one. Do they have to get in again to take the hardware out or do you get to keep it? Hope you’re up and about soon.

Not in mate. They use a stud extraction system to remove. Bolt cutters I think it is in layman’s terms.

Yeah just mirror the left hoof if neeeds be mate.
