Bruce i reckon it would. But wood the 390 turn it over! :D

I have thought of the 140 but not too many people stock them these dayz with 120’s being the norm. I just reckon its easier for the stockest.

120's in some brands are same as 140's in others.
    140's fit no problem.

Ill be making a flow bench. It wont be a measurement by international standards but it will determine flow increases and hopefully not decreases! It will run a manometer.

This the vac that will be used. With the filter removed it sucks real well.

I reckon a 723 on a 110kg bike would last ages. Hows it perform camel?
Love them on the SE, about to try a 823 on the 790

    Thanks Camel.
Yeah, I think one would last ages on the 390. Have had a 823 on the front of the 1200 for about 1000 klms so far, working well on road and off after run in. Smoother on bitumen than other knobby fronts.

Good all rounder not to noisy on the rd have used it in the high country to good effect mostly dry .
Around kinglake on the black or yellow mud /grease still a compromise to a full knobie
But much better on the way home on the bitumen, for me haven't found anything better as an adv Tyre.Havnt tried it in the sand ?? not my favourite surface.

There was a fair bit of sand in the nt ktm rally, seemed to work just fine.
Got one on the rear of the 660 rally, have done a bit on that bike in the Wimmera and around big desert, Wiperfield etc. Works fine.

Thanks Richo for the update on the
Use in sandy conditions makes it more of a complete all-rounder
Once I have retired and can afford the recovery time will probably give the sand another go

At least once a year i do a high country trip for at least three days. With my my injuries it will be next year before i do any serious riding so im thinking of doing a three dayer from the Buckland Valley to Jamieson, Jamieson to Dargo, Dargo back to the base camping in the Buckland. Its a trip i dont mind doing on my own but if there are anyone interested I was thinking late Feb early March. If anyone in or around Melbourne interested you could meet up at Jamieson etc if you didnt want to do the road trip to the Buckland. We quite often camp for a day or two prior and the same post trip.

Im still going into the Buckland in November. Im now down to one crutch and using it like a walking stick so getting there.
