I guess that counts me out on both criteria (about to try fitting USD to the XR too....).

Let the current champions know that their trophies are safe (for now) will ya....? :lol2

    You're probably right there Ron.

Mine's a 95 compliance so next year it is 25 years old. But the Vintage rule book luddites won't let me play on a man's bike. :2cryCrikey, it is even air-cooled.

Thrashing them pantless might prove a tad difficult on my TY250 twinshock, which seems to be my only bike that qualifies. I did race it once in a 3-hour round of the NSW cross-country championships, and also did a 6-hour enduro on it years ago, so I understand the challenge.:dhorse

This thread is inspiring me to look up the Vinduro mob over here. The Camel would be a hoot in something like this.

That Ossa above reminded me of a distant memory. My brothers mates old man bought 3 brand new Ossa enduro`s. One afternoon near a lake, he let me ride it for 1/2 hour or so running it in. I was in awe !

Thanks for the kind words from people who enjoyed the Harrow Vinduro on the weekend. The club is really happy with the way everything went. It would not be possible to put on such an event without the riders, volunteers, sponsors and the goodwill of the people of Harrow, so we are very grateful.

Gaz it was good to catch up with you, and even better that we both had a more successful weekend than the last time we met!

GodSilla you should give it a crack on the TY250. It's all about having fun, just ask the five young blokes who all rode Yamaha AG175s!

I'm probably glad I'm on the other side of the country, seeing that lot in the paddock. I would have been frantically waving a cheque book around while drooling incoherent English....

As I understand it also, no shit in the parc, elsewhere it abounds :-)

Those Team AG feckers ought to carry around a dirty big public disclosure sign admitting that they are national championship level riders - otherwise they're going to cause serious mental stress in the ranks!!
I was circulating at a modest consistent pace on the mx track expecting to be passed by pretty much any decent enduro bike. That does NOT include fkn Yamaha AG175's:fpalm:fpalm, which went by at a huge rate of knots....
I did like their tidy old TK series Bedford Team AG flat top team truck.

    Cheers
