    Unfortunately they just announced the 3 day is off, disappointing for me and much more disappointing for all those involved in organising it.

    That is a shame.

    The 400 wouldn't be bad. Good tractable motor. Fox shock, gold valve forks.
    Looking at an IT250k though.

    New fork springs, new xc dampener rods to add 30mm of travel and race tech emulators
    Still deciding on what to do with the shocks..

    @darren70

    The Race Tech internals (emulator Gold valves, progressive spring, damper rod kit and fork seals) seem to be the most popular over the shelf fix for most of the people that ride old school "twin shock" Huskies here @ Sweden in VMX...

    Similar treatment for the rear shocks...? A re-build with some new valves, seals and springs...? Maybe consider getting the shock shafts and fork tubes re-finished also?

    That Silver 430 is gonna' look (and work) real nice with the freshened up suspension. Great x/country desert sled for something like Hattah vintage class.

    I’m undecided about rebuilding the Ohlins or buying new raceteck shocks. There’s about 1k difference in price but you get external adjustment. It’s already not that original so it wouldn’t be a giant leap

    At that price, makes my'72 250 CR look pretty good.
