Tell Treadless that Anchorage is being blanketed by wet snow.

    Snow Advisory in effect.

8" on the ground, and still snowing like a mudda.

I'll will attempt to divert it your way for the ride back.....he-he-he

....oh, and that fugawi wishes he was there on 'Zuki :ricky:ricky:ricky

Aww...crap...I thought I was the only one to not make it. The plan was to be there Thursday morning...then Thursday night...then today. Deadlines suck. :bluduh

Adventure Kitty told me she'd kill me as I lay sleeping if I didn't bring her up there tomorrow. The Elefant is loaded. We roll at dawn. :ricky [IMG]

Well 600 miles and I made it back last night. But the gremlins took my top bag in the last 250 mile strech. I have no idea how it came undone, but thats all my camping gear!!!! Over 500 bucks gone. :cry :(:

Last hour or so @ 100F ... well ... kinda' sucked ... perspiration started to smell like Kern River Brewing Company's finest :freaky

Great f**cking time out there. Great to meet all you FF's and to clock a few miles on Ye Olde Caliente-Bodfish (and its wonderful offshoots!).

Many, many thanks to all who put it out there to make this thing happen. I'll be looking forward to attending the next one. I'm running low on t-shirts, after all!

Hope all made it home safely.

    Cheers, all!!

In. Dyvking and I made the requisite stop for lunch New Cuyama and despite my efforts to the contrary, we made it home safely. Man it was hot! Musta fried my brain.

Great times up there. Nice place, great people, and lots to drink (water, soda, that kind of thing....).
Idea wife and progeny had a great time as well.
    Thanks to all.

Me too. Home safe, RT cleaned up after the run across Breckenridge's snow, ice and dirt. My RT didn't quite know what to make of all that!

Errin.. thanks for taking time to say hello yesterday. It was good to connect the face with the name.

Mayor and Helikron.. thanks for the fantastic ride down 155 and over Breckenridge. What a fun day.

IdeaMan.. as always, great to ride with you. It was nice to have a partner on the ride home. I just wish you hadn't FORCED me into stopping at the Buckhorn for lunch. How did the salad come out?:lol3

Thanks also to Honey for all her work, Gerg for all the hospitality, and of course, the Beaver. I mean Treadless, for putting this thing together. It couldn't have been better.

    Andy and Kristen..
Thanks to both of you for the collapsible Polar Bear cooler I won at the raffle. What a perfect piece of ADV kit! Embroidered with "WARPED IV GOOD" too. This think folds flat for easy transport on the back of the bike when empty, and opens up to hold a couple of 6'ers plus ice plus.... plus....
It will be seen near my hooch at the 49'er rally where it will get it's own de-nOObing :D

    Many thanks again.
