Bob, sorry to here 'bout your KLR, at least you weren't far from home. Maybe this is a sign you should get the 12GSA with the extra tall suspension & seat!

    See you next time 'round.

Pulled in around 5pm yesterday, pulled of the gear, hit the bed and slept about 14hrs....decided to nix Death Valley route as I was still feeling like shite.....Rode home coughing up lung and spraying nose spooge into my visor. I blame this all on Madd Brit and Treadless as I told them I hadn't had a cold in years and both of them had one.... Apparently I hadn't had enough alcohol to fend off the viruses that MB and Treadless smeared on my beer bottle (s). :huh Nonetheless a great time anyway!!! :clap Enjoyed myself immensely with special thanks to Treadless, Slaniac, MojaveGS, Madd Britt, Computerless, Gerg, Hurty, Rockin' Robin, YetiGS, NBeener and a cast of thousands who kept me laughing hard and made it all seem OK to be drunk for 3 days....:lol3

HEY now I'll take the heat for what I did or didn't do right, BUT sick I wasn't (least not the body) and viruses is not what I rubbed on your beer bottle. :deal

It was great seeing everybody and Sue finally got to put a face to the names that she has been hearing and reading about. I am glad that everybody likes the Coolers that I donated. Tredless, you and everyone involved did a great job :deal

This cooler will be great.. right size/shape. I think I'll use it as a gear pack enroute to the event, unpack, fill with hooch while at the event, then dry it and re-pack gear in it for the ride home. The perfect piece of WARPED technology, IMHO.

I be dey. See you then, Mark.

There is unfinished business that I am working on this week including returning pm's, sleep, mailing out shirts, sleep, finding my tequila :D. Oh yea almost forgot new tire, 48k service and fixing my right box from taking out Rolandska on the way home (more on that later). If you are expecting a reply to a pm and have not heard from me by Thursday eve I will get to you early next week. By then I will have the paperwork sorted and will post up how much $ is left to send to Baldy and Rider Down. :thumb

Thank you all for allowing me to take my turn at throwing a WARPED. :freaky

Thank you all for the accolades. :bow

One other invitation/request/demand if you took pictures post them!
If Slaniac can do it, so can you.
It takes to much time, no sympathy here.
I'm not sure what to do, ask f'n questions.
Step outside your comfort zone, I did so can you!

Just got home at 6:00 this evening. Pretty darn empty campground last night. Sorry but Ken and I couldn't drink all the beer/booze that everybody left with us.

What a ride home though. We had great weather with moderate temps. From the outskirts of Coalinga to the outskirts of Hollister was about 90 miles of twisty heaven via 198 and 25, and we only passed one car in our lane.

Thanks Mike for organizing a great weekend of festivities.

Following Treadless' instructions, I have a few pics that have a unique quality to them.
    Some of the minions:

STILL Not sure what that nasty orange thing in the picture is.
The next few are through the eyes of a 9 year old. Angry Scott should recognize the perspective.
