    Some people don't get the work involved and that a couple of minutes of their time for a thank you goes a long way in greasing the wheels of continued support from the dealers.

    That is if there is going to be a need for continued support. Or was this the grand finale? :lurk

    I never received a pre-stamped letter but I did now that a thank you was in order. Instead of taking care of business I let this one slip by me, so thanks for posting this.

    I called Chris/Kris? the GM at Santa Rosa BMW and personally thanked her for providing the gift that she provided and I subsequently won in the raffle. I also let her know that the next time I roll through town, which will be this July, I'll be sure and stop at her store and spend some money there.

    I hope this helps to fix things.
