I'd been fed, put near the fire and served beer. That looks like next level relaxation and at least I made it into my tent.

Stu rode down to Jawbone with my son and myself. Just a note to those who might someday find themselves riding with Stu. When he rides his KTM950 with super moto wheels, he is really wobbly on pavement and all over the place on the dirt. Do what I did, just hang way back in case he needs help. Yeah, thats why he was always way out front, I was purposely hanging back in case Stu needed help.:loll

Damn, that guy rides fast on that 950 with street tires better in the dirt than I do my little 690 with knobbiest. :loll

Back home early afternoon. Finally unpacked & sorted all the gear out.

Thanks to Mike, Gerg & all that helped to make this one another in a series of great events.

I think I saw those Triumph guys down on Elizabeth Lake Road earlier today on my way home. There were several & I don't usually see many out there.

    See Y'all next year

Home Safe... thanks everyone for a great time.

Made remarkable time arriving home... 60 mph normal top cruising speed on the URAL plus 70 mile tailwind down Tehacapi Willow Springs Cutoff yielded a 110mph cruising speed..:D handling on the sidecar is somewhat squirrelly at this speed. The rig was smoking kind of funny when I got home.

It was FANTASTIC meeting so many of you! Thanks for including me, feeding me, making me laugh, setting up an infirmary for the ATK, loaning me battery chargers, sleeping bags, and providing this real cool cup/glass squishy thing that my SO immediately claimed.

As soon as I figure out how to post photos from flickr I will do so!

Thanks again DaFoole and Gerg and everyone else who made this a great event. Good to see old friends and make new ones. Next year I'll try to stay up past 9pm:lol3 On the plus side, the wind and rain didn't bother me a bit snugged (passsed out) in my tent.
