Where is the new tag?
Dunno, but the last two were right in my back yard. Sadly, I can't play just yet. Recovering from knee surgery two weeks ago.
Sorry for the delay.
Stinchfield Woods Rd, west of Dexter-Pinckney Rd.
New tag is on Dixboro road.the gravel section.
"Where's that confounded bridge?" The Crunge, Led Zepplin, 1973.
I had been on this road before but turned around at the "No Outlet" sign. Shame on me. This time I continued past the sign.
Also found these tags while out on my ride today.
Roberts Road and Dutton road, north east of Gregory.
Did you pick up the one on Dixboro?
Your new tag should be displayed along with the last tag, which would be your bike in the photo with the Dixboro road tag. Then you would post one new photo with your bike at the new tag of your choice.
Oops, didn't realize there was a sequence of events.
The first page of this thread refers to some "rules" but doesn't say what they are. Never saw a Tag-o-rama before joining this site.
I'm going riding today. I'll get the Dixboro Road tag.
Dixboro Road tag and a new one.
New tag shortly...
New tag: Western end of Liberty Road @ closed bridge over Mill Creek. (Near Guenther Rd)
Peeing off the bridge is optional.
I'll see you your bridge and raise you a barn.
I approached your bridge from the east side (corner of N. Dancer and Liberty roads). There were some of those big traffic abutments with an arrow sign between them. The arrow sign uprights were too narrow to just drive through, but I was able to snake my handlebars between the uprights and sneak past, (try that on a fat bike!) and was treated to a beautiful leaf covered two-track trail to the bridge, albeit only about a half mile long. I've got GoPro video I'll try to post later. My pic is just on the other side of the traffic abutments from your pic. Nice old plank bridge. I walked out on it first to see if it could hold me and my bike.
The barn is off Webster Church Road if I remember correctly.
The cottonwood was an old barn that was purchased and renovated extensively. It was planned to be a wedding/event venue... Well, the neighbors didn't like their peace and quiet interrupted and through legal means put a stop to it. I hear it was amazing inside, and is now slated to be a single family residence. At least this is the story i was told . Beautiful day to ride yesterday!!!
