How did there get to be 2 of these threads? Well anyway I also put this in the other one

Here is a bad camera phone pic of the bikes I like the most, old Yamaha Enduros!
    70 and 71 RT1's

Here is a video of them running that day

Is there a tutorial of how to put the video in the post, so it will play here? I see that others do it.

This followed me home today- it's only 16 years old so it may not qualify as vintage yet, but I'm really looking forward to making it sing next summer.

What a peaceful and charming video mike, loved the MAR's haunting exhaust note, the fact the bike wasn't flogged and the decent elevation changes / scenery ! :thumb

Still haven't decided if I'm going to bastardize this thing like I planned on,
or if I should start with a shittier example and sell this one to someone who is looking for an original.

I used to see the 3 cyl Maico at Mid Ohio each year, heard the fella that owns it passed
away a year or so ago.

Here is is ribbing John Penton a bit, I never really knew him but I appreciated his dry sense
    of humour!

    Hey guys,

I think if we had an overwhelming amount of 2 stroke threads or there weren't other, better places for that information around the web, we'd look at a 2 stroke forum.

When we've had "split the forum" discussions, even one to segregate airheads, there's always been a strong desire to keep all the communities together in one place. I think that's prudent for 2 strokes, as well. A single community seems to provide some cool cross pollination across the marques.

But, in the meanwhile, keep those awesome shots coming.

    Thanks!
