There was a bit of an ATV track around that but I didn't feel comfortable trying it riding solo. Decided to have a snack before heading back. Then I heard a clanking sound nearing. A hoe came into view, there to repair the road. Waited a while and got to carry on to Marysville for lunch.
I have a picture of me and Stalin in Moscow.
How about a big west Kootenay cry for the loss of John Prine....damn..damn, double damn. He would have been a good neighbour had he lived here. Playing the Langham on a Tuesday night, maybe at the new Angry Hen for a few beers. And pounding nails to earn a living while writing his songs about you and me and everyone between.
Ok that went poorly.. I should read the entire thread before replying to someone's comments 12 hours earlier.
Shameless promotional post....there is a new espresso bar in Kaslo. Hummingbird Tea and Coffee. Great locally roasted coffee, extremely exotic teas and hot chocolate. All fair trade and organic and as local as possible. All in a walk up take out format on Front street next to the liquor store. A rebirth of sorts in times of chaos. Ask me how I know about it. Photos to follow.
Extra points if anyone knows where this is
Must be the only place in the Koots to get a cuppa right now.?
I'm all ears....
How do you know about it?
That looks ... ‘rustic’.
