Forest Fire 9 miles southwest of Fairplay.... 50 Acre this morning, but its been growing by the hour. They may have closed Weston Pass Road,
Fire is still growing and while it started in the Wilderness area of Buffalo Peaks, it may have grown outside... no real details but be aware if you are planning to go over Weston Pass.
Salt Creek may be affected as well.

My sister just called. They live in Trout creek Pass and are watching from their deck. Neighbor just got home, early from a camping trip. They were on Weston Pass and were ordered out. AND this is only mid-June. Going to a difficult summer.
