    To be honest I haven't even started packing yet mate. Better get a wriggle on, it usually takes me 5 days packing for a 3 day trip:shog.

    put the rear wheel back on with a new shoe, scrubbed down the chain, and packed to leave for hobart tomorrow.

    i'm fuckin' stoked!

    Well, that did not take long to start pulling the Bonneville apart. Fitted Triumph heated grips and cruise control. Wired in the Garmin GPS

    Dan, can't find where you posted the incident you had with the Suzuki 1000 any follow up on yourself fully recovered, the bike and the low life driver of the merc?

    I am waiting on Shannon’s to finish doing their assessment. An find out if it is a repair or write off. The quote for damage is just under $14k. I have no broken bones from being high sided, just a bit of physio on my back.

    Have not wasted any energy on contacting the police. They said the driver will charged with one or more offences.

    Thanks Shannon’s for replacing my helmet with a shiny new one.

    Rode it 250kms then threw some spanners at it to establish a failed fuel pump.

    After only just fitting a new sender to this tank I'm peeved possibly more so for not carrying a spare on a non remote ride like I usually would.
