That thing was magic in Eglin's sand, ya think I'm lyin?
I ain't lyin
Dang! I'm sure they'll resolve it for you.
Wazzat a glazed or jelly filled donut?
He's in Seoul. Younger brother Randy is in the Army at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Seattle. They'll prolly all be here for Christmas!
Good to hear.
No wonder I haven't seen him post in a while.
Spooned on this bit of nasty yesterday. It's the stiffest knobie ever, a MX33. Running it strictly for that deep sand.
It replaced the Cheater I ran the 2nd half of the CO Dirt Bike and Brew Tour.
A single beer job.
Why? Cause if it's worth being done it's worth going in with full commitment!
An 80 second moto motivational!
Have a braaaptastic weekend!
While I was waiting for the Frankenbeemer's heads to be done by the shop, thought it would be a good time to rebuild the Bings
From the condition of the o-rings, a good time to rebuild would have been about 5 years ago...
Bings all clean and back together now. Waiting for heads...
The new was amazing yesterday, operator not so much!
Enjoy the ride!
Took the little Honda on the Dixie Dual Sport Gobbler Adventure ride Saturday. It was a hit, and ran like a champ for the full 115 mile route!
Photo op at the "Oil Can" en route.
Starting area, Seminole Powersports North, in Eustis:
And at the Green Mountain Overlook, having summited both there and Sugarloaf Mountain (highest point in FL).
*edit* - highest point in "peninsular" FL. Turns out, there are 4 higher "peaks" up in the FL panhandle.
Fritzi done gone and got nekkid!
Had to take out all the (Denali) wiring to RMA the Denali CANSmart unit so may as well take this opportunity to do the deep cleaning needed after Colorado and the recent muddy-as-hell TransFlorida.
All that, to get this out...
I’d be tempted to leave it apart and ride something else until the new shit came in, or more likely just buy a new harness so I could R&R it in one shot. I’m not very patient though, so YMMV
Yea, it's a tricky one. I'll see how quick they are to credit me for a new one or get it fixed. I was going to put it back together so I could ride it, but may wait it out.
I do have the WR to ride in the meantime.
Hey Tom, let's get the WR out in Ocala soon.
Don't bite on that one, Tom. You know he's picking up that new rocket soon & once he gets it off the trailer...you'll never see him again. It's going to be worse than riding with that @DaveBeezy character.
Hey, let Tom make up his own mind.
Ellie needs to get out in Ocala too. So let's get the WR going....
My Stebel Nautilus died this past weekend so I went looking for a replacement. I've lost count of how many have gone south on me over the last 5 years so I went looking for something else. Found a Marco Tornado that sports a 2 year warranty & claims to be built better. Just finished installing it & it's WAY louder than the Stebel.
Finally got off my lazy ass and went for a short ride around the neighborhood
