Over the years I’ve rebuilt enough. I usually figure what kind of time it’ll take to do something like what she wants and go from there. When it’s something I want I normally look at it like this- Can I buy something and be happy with the job it does or will I always think I should have just done it myself....

Something like reloading ammo- I don’t reload the stuff I shoot and can buy in bulk. Because I shoot it in bulk... the stuff I can’t get from a box of ammo I’ll set up and load.
    Not gonna load 223, 45, 9mm etc, but just so I knew I could I did some 22lr once:nod

What about some 32 S&W? Step father gave Karen a pistol that shoots only the 32 S&W and a box of rounds that had about 5 left. When I tried to buy ammo either it was unobtanium or way overpriced.

Yeah I know what you mean. That can go either way but in the end I find myself saying I should have just made one. :lol2

I reloaded 44 Magnum as at $1+ a pop, that got pricey fast.....:2guns But the smaller calibers, I.E 9MM aren't worth it.
Cheaper-then-dirt and others are pretty good price wise.. :deal

I load 32s&w, 32h&r, and 327 Federal. All the same set of dies. :thumb

Normally I saw that once I get it in and see how shitty it’s made. :baldy

I will look again here and there but every time I do, 32 S&W is either out of stock, or $40 a box of 50 rounds. I think that is why he gave her that gun. :rofl

Let me in on any secrets to get some 32 S&W rounds. I don't reload.

    edit: I found some:

edit #2: Never mind. When you click on it a popup says OUT OF STOCK.

Never tried them. Looks like they may have some for $30 a box. Now I have to figure out where she put the gun. I remember when you couldn't even buy 22 rounds but when you could, I stocked up. :D

edit: I was buying from Midsouth but not for 32 S&W.

I probably will go by and talk to them in October or November when they've slowed down a bit. I prefer to support the local guys when possible.

I'd donate the half-full box of 32 S&W that's sitting in my closet, but how far into the panhandle are you? Might be a long ride from Fernandina. Which could be a good thing - if only I had that Sargent's seat already!

Too far. Buzz is closer and still a nice ride. I am in Crestview about 40 miles east of Pensacola. But I appreciate the offer.

The state is bigger than most people realize... KW to Jacksonville is 500 miles and Fernandina Bch to P'cola is almost 400....

I had an account in Oregon that said his ex-wife moved to Ft. Myers and asked if she could call me to “show her around” so she knew someone local if she needed anything. I said “Man I’m six and a half HOURS from Ft. Myers, so I won’t be just dropping by if she gets a flat....

On day six of sleeping in the truck and gravel touring East Tennessee. Also met another KLX250 dude from Florida in the middle of no where.
