Was reading the latest Twowheels where i stumbled across an article by ol'TK about a couple of modded up DR's. He mentions a Break Snake but I cant quite figure out what he is talking about.

    Can someone enlighten me?

It's just a piece of thin wire cable attached to the tip of the brake pedal and also to the frame in front of the pedal. Just stops sticks, grass and stuff jamming in between the brake pedal and motor/frame. Never seen the need but they're only $10 at Ballards.

Its a metal cable that runs from the frame to your brake pedal so it doesn't get ripped off

it's meant to stop things like rollypollys, thistles and sticks getting wedged between your lever and the crankcases and bringing you to an untimely halt. I don't beleive it will stop you bending levers in falls etc.

Of course if a bloke had a swager and a bit of stay wire kicking about he could save himself the retail packaging...
