Sure, blame it on me. Update: 5000 kms or so later, its holding up just fine. No electroshock therapy thru the feet, or melted aluminum from the spark jumping to the piston, hasn't missed a beat. Its not starting as quick as when I first put it in, but that may be needing a valve or jetting adjustment after a year of abuse. I see they are being used in sportbikes now, with the stunters making grandiose claims. It works and it feels different than the regular plug, so something is happening. Try one, you may like it. The insulator is slighty larger than an NGK, so it takes a hard shove to get it on, but its watertight! No water crossing stallouts this year.
