Hi, all

Well I guess it's time I came clean. Most of you know so here is an update.

I have Hep-C I think I cought it at work.

I have been on Interferons for 14 weeks now and have ten more to go.
As of my last blood test I have a O viral count so the meds are working.
I have been to weak to ride or even do anything worth while this summer.

I am starting to feel a little bet better.

I'll try to keep an up-date when I can.

TR,

I had Hep C. Think I caught in Iraq during the 1st Gulf war, but you'll never know for sure. I have been virus free for almost 5 years after mutiple treatment attempts. PM me if you'd like to discuss some expectations of dealing with the disease.

I've been wondering what you were up to, TR. Good to hear the treatment's going in the right direction. That's some stuff that you can have for decades and not know about as some other friends of mine have recently discovered.

Your treatment is going far better than theirs.

Good luck and stay the course, bud. Holler when you've got the hankering for a visitor and I'll shoot over your way.

How's the boss... and how's Chaos doing?

side effects (waist size)

Hope your side effects are not
too bad.

For those that don’t know, the side effects from Interferon are extremely debilitating. You take the shot once a week & spend 6 days trying to recover from it. It’s actually worse than the disease but it’s the only choice. Anyway, get better my friend. My offer to ride your bikes to keep the cooties off still stands. What a pal 'eh?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

Hope that you are doing well!!! Been out of touch a little myself. Working hard this summer. Had a car accident about a month and a half ago that has left my back and neck screwed up, and unable to ride right now. Hope to put in at least a few more rides before the seasons over. Gimme a call sometime when you are up to it. It would be good to hear from you. Any word from Trailer Trash???:D
