Not today but just before Halloween. I think he may have chased me a time or two in my dreams.
Minnesota River Valley.
Is that a champion Daytona fit to your wing?
Just a little ride in Southeast Netherlands today. Low November sun is casting long shadows.
Just went out for a blatt around country roads where we live. Was having too much fun to stop and take piccies, which is a shame. Saw many hunters, got lots of smiles and thumbs up. I'm glad that I helped brighten peoples day. In a year like 2020, that's no bad thing.
When did you get that rig? I must not have been paying attention. Very nice, I bet that's a lot of fun.
Another ride with the missus to pickup produce. Stopped in Floyd for a picnic lunch in the town park. A banjo player and a vocalist where practicing in the small amphitheater so we had entertainment with lunch. Then on to Hillsville to the produce market. Beautiful day. About 150 miles, all U.S. highways.
Maybe my last ride of the year. Always enjoy looking down on the home town
Out and about in midcoast Maine. these are from a stop at Ducktrap.
Yes, it is and with a tilt.
A couple of months ago. Our youngest (a tender 44) and I drove a rental to Colorado Springs one way to pick it up. She and I spend a week getting home which included her ditching
her kids for a week. The other grandma took'em. We had a blast. It has been a long time since we got to hang out.
Mrs. Vato and I love the rig. Two-lane paved roads are the best. It was really windy in the Sand Hills and the tilt worked its magic along with the weight.
We need to meet up so you can take it for a spin.
Abso bloody lutely.
Need to meet up in any case. It’s been way too long. I was looking at the deer pictures the other day. That was 2013 fer cripes sake.
What is that logo on your tug's tank and on the rear of your tub?
The logo is for a zine put together by my son and one of his colleagues at SDSU.
Camped out in the Warthog sidecamper at Oak Thicket Park on Lake Fayette near La Grange, TX for the Houston BMW Club's 50th rally. This club is older than the MOA. Ron Goodall with others started the Houston club, then with friends from other states founded the MOA. Ron has attended all 50 of the club rallies and every MOA rally.
Sunset Friday night before opening day of whitetail season.
Lake Fayette is actually the cooling pond for the coal powered generating plant. Bass fishermen love it as the water is warm year round, the size of the bass caught here suggests the bass like it too.
Been meaning to post these photos of a lady's painted Harley rig...
The owner/driver said her friend the artist did the art work for her. Why the Phantom? Just loved the play.
Fall in southcentral Texas is great for riding this year.
Love the Lake Fayette photos.
As for the paint job on the Harley, well...who am I to judge!
To each her own.
This past Saturday
Ahhh....the Ol Home Depot run, and always with up front parking
Cycle Gear just opened a 2500 sq ft store nearby in Katy, TX. Grand opening this week. Am in need of a new helnmet so rode the 20 miles there. Hundreds of helmets on display but not the one on sale that I want in my size. They ordered it and are shipping to the house.
A trip up an old logging road in southern Oregon siskiyou mountains until it became a new logging road and I couldn't get any farther with a gold wing rig. Lol
