    My guess is Texas, Newer Mexico, Oklahoma?(doubt it), Colorado.
    I would like to know.

    That would be my guess since you can see mountains off in the distance. Maybe Springer, Folsom area????????

    Well, there are no exposed rocks, but scoria is similar to rocks! Those low hills in the background look like the scoria piles that are common in the Powder River Breaks. The mountains in the background would be the Bighorns.

    I'd guess that it is some of the country around Pinedale or Farson, with the Wind River Mountains in the background, but old sucker rod is much more plentiful in the Powder River Basin.
