My 990 is reaching this year 90tkms and has still original pump.
So far haven`t had any problems but maybe it is time to get at least get a spare.
Wich would be best place to get one? Original set over 500e!

I have filter set in order and will renew them.

I recently used a generic bosch pump with small cuts and adaptation [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

All is working good since 500kms from this modification.

I was about to install pump on my 990. The pump I have does a bit misalign and/or the space between + and - connectors is slightly smaller than on original. So the plastic end (filter inside) doesn`t snap on properly, it hits to - connector.
    Anyone had this issue?

Old pump works but I`d get this done as bike is getting to Russia this summer :hmmmmm

In the foto the pump looks like it needs to turn slightly rightwards. That will help the connectors to realign.

So el pete, why not post up for the community the results of the use of the quantum pump. It looks like you've been using it for about a year and a half. Please do the community a favor and post the results of the quantum pump you gladly posted about buying. Thanks!

Not much to report other than it's a drop in replacement and has been working fine for several thousand miles. :)

Anyone else see or have this model and can give insight?

Can't something be pulled off? Looks like an extra filter thing?

Can't remember but bought pump and filter from Quantum and only issue was that I had to remove some spacer that I think was added since pump had at some point been replaced with a slightly longer pump and Quantums is a direct replacement for the OEM.
