I know the information is around but it's scattered and there is no authoritative list of countries. The countries I've heard of so far are Guatemala and Colombia. Any other countries? Are there restrictions in getting paperwork depending on whether the bike is new/used? Could I buy them and cross borders?

    Thank you

Bought, plated, insured a motorcycle in Panama without residency. In Panama there is a 180 day limit per year for a tourist to live here. Also, there is a requirement to get a Panamanian Driver's License after 30 days.
