Kind of cool to see the 450L dry weight is exactly the same as the old XR650R.

Yeah, and the HP is pretty comparable in oem, uncorked form. Here's the rear fender sticker from the '07 XR650R I bought in '08.

Rule of thumb is 1/3 of total suspension travel

Two local dealers offered to let me take it for a spin without me asking. They'll let you ride just about anything other than the cbr1000rr.

Whos drooling over the rally version at eicma?

I have noticed Canadians saying they get test rides. I wish that happened here. But demo rides are rare here in the land of litigation.

When I check the us Acerbis site it tells me they don’t have one for the L...

The message the site gave me: (CRF450L 2019)
WE'RE SORRY, BUT NO PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR BIKE IN THIS CATEGORY.
PLEASE TRY SELECTING DIFFERENT MAKE & MODEL OR PRODUCT CATEGORY.

    edit:
Checked the primary site and still nothing... I think the seller is mistaken.

The IMS 3.0 Gallon fuel works great, I am getting 125 miles to the tank before the Low Fuel light comes on.

Vortex ECU, Map 6-5,5,5 with FMFQ4 cannister & X header, stock airbox lid.

The seat is so narrow that it's not as much of a problem. It's hard to find a proper dual sport / enduro that doesn't have a high seat.
