This is a KLR my friend -- the problem is that I'm almost out of zip ties to keep the fairings on, much less add anything new!

Gonna try to get Saturday off and head up after work Friday evening again this year.

Prolly be riding Mighty Zeus again this year. M-Zues on Mighty Zeus! (thanks to Mootsuno for facilitating my participation in this event by loaning me his XL250).

First time I'll likely be able to enjoy this event with MEatsack!

The new flyer should be posted on Wednesday (3/26). Previous entrants will also have an application mailed to them.

Not if you actually look at the file - it says 2008.

Nope, the URL might make you think so, but it points to a 2008 flyer.

I opened the link, to last year's flyer.
I'm computer retarded, so it may be me, but it opens the 2007 flyer on my computer.

It brought up the 2008 flyer for me, but I note there is no offer to purchase a jersey this year.

For some reason, the old one showed up.

Went to the OMC site and their link opened the new one.

    :dunno

I'm still computer retarded, but at least I'm a retard with the current flyer now.

We had to use the name of the old flyer to post the new flyer, because we are having issues with the website (i.e., the webmaster let our domain registration expire temporarily, and he cannot edit the website normally for a short time).

    K.L. Rocket,

A few of us are doing a pre route ride for the Sheetiron warm-up ride (aka the North Bay Dual sport ride, aka the SR BMW dual sport ride) this Saturday.

You're welcome to come with us and we'll treat you as well as MendoD.
We'll be leaving Rohnert Park around 10am and be back in the late afternoon.

As of now we have 2 650's and a 400. Of course anybody can come along. Let me know if you want any details.

    Hey Dave!

K.L - listen to the man! I did about 15 miles at full air pressure on balding street tires and then this tiny little voice that had Dave's distinct tone said:
DON'T FORGET TO LOWER THE AIR PRESSURE IN YOUR TIRES

And then I could continue on (for 35 miles before I bailed.) This year, I've got the right tires - and crash bars to boot! :deal :lol3
