Finally got MoBigger out of the driveway and up the hill today. Cloudy when I left the house but the sun came out around Bird. Roads were clear for the most part.
Portage road intersection sanded up a bit so back 'er down on that corner in particular.

Did want to mention the over-abundance of APD and AST out today.
From Potter Marsh to Alyeska turnoff I managed to spot five. Four of them were shooting radar.
Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the fine work of all the guys/gals working as LEO and most have my deepest respect. Tough job!
Just wanted to give all you FF's a heads up and maybe save you from a performance certificate.

Found out yesterday that DaisyDuty for me this year is basically going to be non-existent.
    I got the summer off.
Hopefully going to get in some serious miles.

Let us know who's out and about. It's been a long winter.
I think a face shield qualifies as a suitable face mask.

    Be safe out there.

No photos but got my knees in the breeze for the first ride of the year yesterday - sure felt good! Don't skip checking your tire pressure before hopping on, my front was @ 7 PSI.

Just got out for a brief check ride on my DR650 winter project. All is well......no leaks, starts and stops, and charges the battery. Should be ready for summer. Lots of bikes out today!

Took the 701 out north yesterday. Short ride but great warm up run. Watch out for gravel.......it’s everywhere on side roads and in corners!

I’ve been riding all winter. It’s a balmy 72° here today.

It was a beautiful afternoon at Hatcher Pass, once the valley wind died down. Met a fellow inmate at the top for a visit. I suspect the gate won't open until the traditional July 4th weekend this year. Lotta snow up there!
