A buddy and I came back from a round trip from Vancouver to Los Cabos about one month ago. Great trip and it is great to see some of the same places we went in this thread. Brings back memories.

Lost the left side bag South of San Felipe. Was gonna fly home from Cabo but wound up riding back to US and crossing with no passport. Keep an eye out for the POS hardbag. It also had $800 bucks cash in it. :) I picked up some Mosko bags here in the FM.

How far did you ride before you noticed it had fallen off?

We pretty much rode straight to the Pemex that is south of San Felipe. When I noticed it was gone, I rode back slowly looking for any sign of it. I pretty much wasted the whole day before I gave up. It could be still laying along side the road in some cactus or something, or someone may have found it the same day. This happened around last Thanksgiving.

$800? Well, you made someone’s Christmas that much nicer!

Will be doing a 5-day Baja loop next week and planned to stop by Coco’s en route to San Francisquito. Looks like Coco is moving closer to the highway so we’ll just see him at his old digs.

I hadn't heard that. Last year may have possibly been the last time I would have seen him there.

Typical highway in Baja, this trucker put his flashers on right before I was gonna pass him. If someone puts their left blinker on down there, it means you are clear to pass. I didn't see the cows but he obviously did, and he saw me too.

South of Coco's, this dude came blowing around me on the dirt road. I never saw him coming. He stopped and we talked for a few minutes. He was from San Diego. He was headed to Bahia de Los Angeles to camp for a few days so I followed him there. Cool guy, good rider.

Hey man! Small world I guess. Yeah that was my brother on the AT. Thanks again for hanging with me and guiding me the rest of the way to Bahia. I took this picture of a car burning up at the traffic circle when you pull into town, after we rolled down the hill from the overlook. You had to notice it too. IMG_2905.JPG
