Hiya folks, quick question for ya'll........
I will be importing my 1150 to BC soon, as I understand it, at some point i will need to have it officially inspected to make sure it conforms to BC requirements. I guess this is similar to the "Ministry of Transport" (MOT test) that we have here. In the UK it is not a legal requirement for a motorcycle to have the CAT fitted even if it was sold from factory with one. My bike has a Y-piece fitted, will this be a problem for testing? Do I need to get a new CAT? What about the handle bars, will I need to convert them to left hand drive for CA
    Thanks :thumb

I highly doubt it. The inspection is done by Canadian Tire (Crappy Tire). They mostly want your lights to work (headlight might need a new North American lense) and the speedo to have KPH on it. There is no emissions check for bikes is B.C. just cars.
